Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • During collection launches, sales, or restocks, please allow up to 4 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

  • If there are delays, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Factors such as weather conditions, local disruptions, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery speed.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping

  • COD orders: ₹60 flat COD charge

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
You can also track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow 2–3 extra days and contact us at support@athcreed.com.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful due to an incomplete address, unreachable number, or customer refusal:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting forward and return shipping charges (₹100–₹150 total).

  • COD access may be restricted for future orders.

Damaged Packaging:
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours at support@athcreed.com with photos. We’ll investigate and arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate.
